Emotions over Brain?
Now back to the issue, a bit of background of why it was haunting me for quite a long time. Me and my beautiful wife use to have arguments sometimes. And the funny part is that most of them are unnecessary ones and certainly unhealthy for the family collectively. The funniest part being that we don’t conclude that for very long time! There were many occasions when I felt that it is going to rattle my married life and worst I ever thought that, “This is my last day with her” and of course vice versa from her part.
Our argument (on most of the occasions) normally starts with very silly things and easily gets blown up very fast. I slowly started to realize that situation gets out of control when either one of us is teased until to a point where we get emotional. Can I call that as “emotional breakeven point”? It is the same as definition of tensile strength of plastic materials in physics. When you pull a rubber band apart (Applied Stress) holding both the ends in your hands, it expands (Shear rate) and as soon as it is released, it regains it original length (length that was at its normal state). But when you continue to pull the rubber band you would realize that after a certain point even after you release the tension, it doesn’t get back to its original state. And that point at which this starts to happen is the breakeven point or the elasticity point. Below this point the rubber band acts as a normal rubber with its original characters and after this point it loses its original character and the behavior becomes unpredictable from its original state. We can draw similarities from here to our emotional breakeven point. When someone’s emotions are put up for a toss, he or she would be in her normal behavior until this point, which when crossed then he or she loses their identity and their behaviors become highly unpredictable.
It is then like an uncontrolled chain reaction. It would stop only when all its reactants are used off or something that is necessary to sustain the reaction for a prolonged time is withdrawn. Here it might be compared to stop teasing and remain silent. Let the other party to ease off by themselves, nothing can stop that emotional breakout. Worst is when you try to stop that forcefully. It might be advisable to pour water over a fire, to put it off, when the fire is still in the primitive stage. Once it has become a forest fire then, I don’t think that one can put off that fire with the same amount of water one has. Lets admit it, the fire has gone out of control, let it burn out. Worst, on some conditions the water even acts as an additional fuel to the fire isn’t it?
The mind (or the brain) is the one that should always have a control over the functioning of the body mechanism. When you start to think intelligently, your actions are optimized and you thus save lots of energy for the next set of actions. Very importantly you save troubles! But once emotions take the control over the brain, the intelligence is lost forever and thus you invite troubles.
Kindly don’t ever let your emotions take over the control from your mind.

Real Estate Business witness the down trend in Bangalore !
After growing by leaps and bounds, Indian real estate is witnessing a downfall. Coupled with soaring interest rates on home loans and unaffordable property prices, potential buyers and investors are putting themselves off the market.
Now the developers are following a different strategy in whooing the business. This seems to be more selfish on thier side as it is very clear that they are desperate in getting back the most that they have dumped in this business. One such interesting developer in Bangalore is Orange Properties, the ‘ideas company’ along with the Magnolia Group presents ‘Magnolia Blossom’ on Hosur Road, in the posh locale of Electronic city in Bangalore.
The company is offering fully furnished flats with all the necessities fulfilled. Furnishings include refrigerator, television, microwave oven, kitchen cabinet, four-burner gas stove, dining table, sofa set, artifacts, centre table and a double bed. To add to it, one has the option of customizing all of these to suit one’s taste. For example, one has the option to choose the colour and the make of the refrigerator. A Maruti 800 comes free with your home! The only thing remaining to complete the picture is you and your family! All the luxuries and amenities coming absolutely free with the flat, actually saves you more than Rs 6 lacs. Unbelievable, when all these are at Rs 1999 per sq ft. Also, to show how the new home will look like during delivery, Orange Properties has created a sample flat. Orange Properties will send their own car to your home to pick you up for a free onsite visit. All you have to do is call 4123 4500.
The lessons from the past to the investors, the innocent public, is to HOLD THE HORSE GENTLEMEN and WATCH THE MARKET BEFORE YOU DUMP YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY......

Future Cup - Live Video Streaming
Enjoy the free live streaming at Sopcast. I had been enjoying the live streaming for the last two matches and the Twenty20 matches as well. The quality is very good but there are distractions in between. Think people wont mind it.
